Privacy Policy

How this site handles your data.

SectionWhat it means
Data we handleNothing here needs an account or a login, and nothing is personalised, so there is not much to gather in the first place. We install no analytics package, no ad pixels and no tracking scripts of our own. The one record that does exist is the usual web-server log — IP address, time, page requested, and the browser and device string sent by your software. We do not use those records to build a profile of you, and we do not sell personal information.
Your rightsWhere the law provides it, and subject to its exceptions, you can ask what we hold and request access, correction or erasure. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to receive your data in portable form, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your national privacy regulator. Write to us via the Contact page and we will deal with it.
Contacting usOur contact form is not active — it sends nothing anywhere. If you email us at one of the addresses on the Contact page, we hold your message and address for as long as it takes to deal with what you raised. We do not add you to any mailing list.
CookiesWe set no cookies of our own — no analytics, advertising or preference cookies. Our security and content-delivery provider may set essential cookies needed to filter malicious traffic and keep the site available. Those are technical, not advertising, cookies, and blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you reading anything here.
Not for minorsThese pages are for adults who have reached the legal gambling age (18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada). We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and we do not aim any part of this site at them.
Third-party operatorsFollowing a link to WinSpirit Casino or any other brand takes you off this site, where their policy applies instead of ours. We do not control what third parties collect, and we have no access to your account, deposits or verification documents with them.
Which laws applyThis site is published for readers in Canada. Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR apply wherever our processing falls within their reach. We do not claim that every regime applies to every visitor — that depends on where we operate and who we target, not simply on where you happen to be sitting.
Referral markersAn outbound link to an operator may include a referral marker, which is how a visit gets credited to us. Your name is not revealed to us, but the law can treat referral markers, click identifiers and IP addresses as personal data, and we would rather be straight about it.

Privacy requests about this website go through the Contact page.
